doubleone: The girl in the round hat This is one of those looks. You know, the ones in the movies where they’ve slowed it down by a few frames and the sound becomes muffled. Slight blur around the edges as you vertigo into a realm of bewilderment. A deep heart beat, faint but present, rhythms in your now hollow mind and vacated attention. As your gaze drowns in her diamond eyes you are caught by her soft cushion lips and rest easy. She blinks in slow motion. Your breathing is muted and all you can hear is soft piano keys being played alongside your heart strings. A lovers’ orchestra. Like all movies though the scene never lasts more than a few seconds. What felt like a lifetime together is then torn away by a passing courier truck.  You’re welcomed back to reality. That was one of those looks.Kodak 400 / A-1  Kind words by Eleven
